- Employers and Employee can take advantage of designated payments made through a "payroll deduction system". This would allow the employer to have the earliest possible notice of an employees vacation plans, while allowing the employee to make payments on a periodic basis as part of a payroll deduction. The employer forwards an accumulative payment to Voyages Unlimited where our customer service staff applies the money to each employees booking.
- Employer advertises cruise vacations offered by Voyages Unlimited to employees. Cruises offered can be "open sailings", selected group dates or occasional specials.
- Employee elects cruise vacation by contacting Voyages Unlimited directly.
- Voyages Unlimited notifies employer of employees election including amount to deduct from paycheck and duration of deductions.
- Employer cuts one check per pay period to Voyages Unlimited for the total sum deducted from all employees in the cruise vacation program. A simple list or report of employees names and amount of deduction for each employee is all that is required.
